Fitness Routine started when I started this class:
Zumba or walking : Tuesday & Thursday 1hour
Walk for 10 minutes w/coworker at work: Monday, Tuesday, Friday
Stretching: 15 min after zumba/walking Tuesday & Thursday
Desk stretching: 5 min 5 days a week
Longer walk on Saturday & Sunday w/family (at least 30 minutes)
