Wellness Plan



Nutrition

 I have had so much more motivation to plan ahead and try to incorporate more healthy snacks and meals. I love looking up recipies online to help come up with ideas for meal planning. Trying to sneak in vegetables has been a challenge and a creative way to get my husband involved in meal planning.

Weight Management

 Wow! I have lost 5 lbs after incorporating a fitness routine! I don't plan on loosing anymore weight since I'm pregnant and will probably incorporate less high intensity work outs. For now, walking will be my cardio work out. My doctor said this was fine and it will help with my headaches and severe nausea.

Stress Management

This is an area I had to really concentrate on and learn to stay positive and really motivated to stay on track. I started to listen to music right after work or read to get me away from work before going home for the evening. I also take the time to go for a short walk while at work and take that much needed break. Stretching at my desk has also really helped. It also helps to talk to my husband or coworkers if something is on my mind.
